LAKE WENATCHEE STATE PARK Lake Wenatchee State Park is adjacent to Kahler Glen. It offers boating, fishing, sailing, and beach fun activities for all ages. The boat launch is the starting point for a day of boating on the lake, or an adventure ride down the Wenatchee River.

The Lake Wenatchee State Park Riding Stable offers a variety of trail rides throughout the park and neighboring forest trails that will satisfy your desire to explore the area on horse.

FISH LAKE Fish Lake is just a stone throw away, and offers a serene setting to fish for rainbow trout. The lake is heavily stocked, quiet, and is a half mile from local roads and highways. Fishing from the dock can provide the nights dinner. The lake store rents day-fish-licenses, boats, and poles. |

NASON CREEK
Nason Creek runs along the east border of Kahler Glen, and through the National Park campgrounds. The creek is popular for tubing enthusiasts who want to enjoy a dose of tranquility between the excitement of "baby" rapids.

There are several companies offering river rafting adventures, providing tranquil moments to soak in the beautiful backdrop, and heart pumping, adrenaline rushing rapids to satisfy the thrill seeker in you.

WINTER ON THE GOLF COURSE
Enjoy cross country skiing, sledding, and snow shoeing on Kahler Glen golf course throughout the winter season. Kahler Glen ski trails connect to the Washington State Park trails, providing over 30 miles of groomed ski trails.

There are many miles of snowmobile trails that run through the forests for extreme winter fun. Bring your own machine, or rent one. Hourly and daily rentals are available.

If downhill skiing is your winter activity of choice, Stevens Pass Ski Resort is a 30 minute drive from Kahler Glen. It includes lifts, runs, a half-pipe for snow boarders, and inner tube runs for the non-skier.
